Amypanda is Amy Wilson!
Amy lives in Otley, West Yorkshire. She is the designer and maker of hand embroidered badges, mirrors, buttons and brooches. She makes badges decorated with the things she loves - flowers, plants, bicycles, birds and bright block colours.
Amy's botanical embroidery and hand sewn birds are all influenced by glorious Yorkshire countryside - she loves nothing more than a stomp in the woods with her kid or a long afternoon on her allotment!
Amy also aims to be part of a movement of makers promoting handmade ethical consumption. She uses eco-fi which is a felt material made from recycled plastic bottles. She hopes that although her work is mostly very small and affordable it can be appreciated as delicate craftmanship, and be treasured as gifts for years to come.
